I purchased a new computer with Vista Home Premium already installed. None of my hardware will run so I purchased a new full version of XP Pro. When I boot from the CD, Windows says that it can't detect the hard drive. How do I uninstall Vista and reinstall XP? Cheers Why not a multi-boot?

I understand that the drivers in Vista 64 are less of an issue. I use Intel MotherBs and all my hardware on all computers are bios, MB, CPUs, all hardware 64 bit capable. I am guessing that the problem is that the software drivers haven't been tested with or updated for Vista. (My excuse: when I bought the hardware device, I had planned on but none of them mention Vista in their system requirements/specs, so I fear that all of them will have similar problems with the drivers.
